Christmas shipping update

We use Royal Mail postal service for all our orders.  

Unfortunately it seems that Royal Mail are reporting long delays with delivering their parcels due to the increased number of online orders that so many people are placing with retailers across the country. Ordinarily the aim of 1st class post is that it will be delivered within 1 working day, however there are reports of 1st class post taking a week to arrive during this busy Christmas period:

All orders placed with Crunch Comics, up until 16 December 2020, have been posted out  (apart of course, from pre-order items and also those orders that we have been in contact with specific customers about).

Given the delays with Royal Mail's service at the moment, unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery by Christmas for any orders placed after 16 December. We will do our best to post out orders within 24 hours of the order being placed on the website and will endeavour to use 1st class post whenever possible.
